Alejandro Romanos has worked at Seat since 1995, when, following his brother, he decided to join a Spanish car manufacturer. Until mid-2001, Alejandro worked directly for the Volkswagen Group, after which he moved to Renault. The French immediately sent a valuable employee to Korea to expand the dealer network in the Asian region.
After working at Renault for 10 years, in 2011, Romanos returned to SEAT, where he replaced Luc Donckerwolke and took on a new position of chief designer. Finally, now, the restless 52-year-old Spaniard again changes jobs and moves to Renault, holding the position of CEO.

During his long and very branchy career, Romanos managed to develop the design of several cars, collaborate with major concerns such as Porsche, Bentley and Audi, as well as gain tremendous experience not only in design, but also in personnel management.
Renault still refused to comment on the situation, but SEAT said that Alejandro left of his own free will. Apparently the bounty hunter from the personnel department of the French concern knew what conditions to offer the talented Spaniard. Despite the loss of a valuable employee, SEAT is currently on the rise and is actively entering new markets.http://fiatforum.lv/http://fiatforum.lv/
